Thursday, September 11th, 2008

Pop Art, première mise en ligne par ntoper.

This pic is on NowPublic.

It is my fifteen minutes of fame… Ok in this case maybe three. Ironical thiking this pic is a rip off of pop art (which is a rip off of commercial art).

Isuu

Friday, August 24th, 2007

Issuu is something I have not yet fully understood. As always in those case, it looks wonderfully new. It seems to be a kind of YouTube for print.

As you can see, they have YouTubed this document. Both are awesome: the content and the presentation.

Update Issuu reader is destroying my lay out, so click on the link to see it.
Update Thanks to the team support, it is now working. Awesome support!

The event was organized by Subnet.

Extract From David Byrne’s Blog

“Not that iTunes is fair and balanced, either. I don’t know the details, but I have heard that they are like record stores of yore — doling out position (visibility) to a very very limited number of artists. No surprise there — there is limited space. I’ve also heard that true indie artists get inferior treatment — lower royalty rates (or higher entry costs), less attention, and sometimes they are refused entry outright. Who’s manning the velvet rope here? What happened to that Long Tail where everything is available?”

You need to see this.

This is what I call interactive art without the fuss going around it.
